T&C's - PRICING and Travel CLAUSE

Please be advised that all prices listed on this website are subject to a 10% fee. This fee will be calculated and included in the final invoice provided to you at the time of billing. Prices above are exclusive of fee. Travel Policy; All sessions are inclusive of travel costs to one (1) location within a 20 km radius of Bribie Island. For locations beyond this distance, or multiple locations additional travel fees will apply as follows:

Distance: Every kilometer beyond the 20 km radius will be charged at a rate of $0.78 per kilometer, calculated for a round trip.

Time: For trips where the travel time to the location is between 30 to 60 minutes, a fee of $25 per hour will be applied. For every additional hour of travel time, an additional $25 per hour will be charged.

The total travel fee will be a combination of both the distance charge (per kilometer) and the time charge (per hour). These fees will be added to your session total and will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process.
